We answer within two business days. There is no ticket system, no bot, and no phone queue.
Before you write
A short message with these four things gets a fix much faster than a long one without them.
- Which app, and which version (find it under Settings → About in the app)
- Your device and OS version, or your browser if it's a web app
- What you did, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual
You don't need any of this to write to us. It just shortens the back and forth.

Bugs and requests
Bug reports go to the same address. Include the four things above.
Feature requests are welcome and we read every one. We don't keep a public roadmap and we won't promise dates — most requests don't get built, and we'd rather say that plainly than let a request sit unanswered.
Your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, whether or not you have an account.
- In an app with accounts: within the settings you will always find the option to delete your account. This removes the account and its data, not just access to it.
- By email: write to us from the address on the account. We'll confirm when it's done and tell you if anything has to be kept for legal reasons.
Apps that keep data on our servers include a way to download it. If an app has that option, it's stated on that app's privacy page.

Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue or reverse an App Store charge — but tell us what went wrong anyway, because it usually means something is broken on our side.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Email contact@aline.sh with enough detail to reproduce it. We'll acknowledge within three business days and won't take legal action against good-faith research.
